Common FAQ’s

What is your minimum quantity for branding?

Some print methods, such as Screen Printing, we generally stick to a minimum of 25-50 units, however as we are able to offer a range of different branding methods, we are able to accommodate for various order sizes.

Can you do split delivery for my order?

Yes, we are able to arrange orders for split deliveries. Just provide us with exact quantities with corresponding shipping addresses and we will organise the rest.

I want a product that is customised and unique to my brand, can you help?

Absolutely! We have close connections with trusted factories that can assist in providing customised products. Offshore items generally take up to 10 weeks to receive. After a detailed brief is discussed, we will work with our in-house graphics team to create unique designs for your project.

What is the turnaround time?

This depends on the job. Times are varying dependant on decoration and if they are being sourced locally or offshore. If you have a tight turnaround, our team will devise the best plan of action, including sourcing, to ensure we are able to meet your expectations.

Can we have a sample of garments for sizing?

Yes! Some are loan samples which will need to be returned in a 2-week window and others will need to be used for your job, so will require prior job confirmation.

How much is freight?

Freight price depends on where we are shipping to and the size of the order. For multiple locations, the freight would be charged per delivery.
