This following sets forth the Privacy Policy for the Lifestyle Australia website, www.lifestyleaustralia.com.au and was created in line with the existing privacy principles and the revised Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 that takes effect March 12 2014.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you visit our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill out a form.

We offer the use of a secure server.  All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials etc) will not be stored on servers.

For security reasons, Lifestyle Australia reserves the rights to reasonably control the process and timing of access to your information on a per request basis.

Any complaint regarding a perceived breach of the Australian Privacy Principles should be directed in the first instance in writing to the General Manager at Lifestyle Australia who will respond within the allowed timeframe (30days). Should the complaint not be dealt with to your satisfaction you may escalate the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (refer www.oaic.gov.au).
